Napoleonics... 15mm minitatures, Based for "grand Battles Napoleon" rules.

Here are a few units from my Napoleonic collection. They are set up for "Grand Battles Napoleon" rules. They are Old Glory Bavarians and some units from the Brunswick and Hessian Corps in the 1809 campaign in Saxony and Moravia. Also there is a division of British and Hanoverian troops.

Cold War Commander Rules... Fictional Confrontation....

Indeed, Somewhere in modern Africa two imaginary nations go at it...

It was an "Assault Mission" per rules... 1000 pts. attacker vs 500pts. defender. Attacker had to break defenders will, or clear the village by turn eight.... It was a close game the attackers finally broke the defenders on turn eight!!  Cold War Commander is always a challenge and a good time! You often do not know how a battle will end till the last turn!!! Here are the pictures of the game....

Bolt Action Rules... On the Russian Front....

It was Saturday afternoon at "Randy's House of Games", Sacramento. Randy and the gang were hosting their first gameing convention at the store! Randy's store has a Huge gamming area... actually a warehouse, Lol... Lots of guys and gals showed up for the weekend of fun and games as well as a nice "swap meet" too.  Thanks Randy and Staff... Well done!

As for the game, Chuck hosted the event. He used his very nice figures and terrain and supervised the game, as well as monitor it.

It was the Dastardly Germans holed up in a small Russian village. There was a half track and several transport trucks etc... all told about 20 germans with command and heavy support weapons. all tucked away in a very stronge position.

The Russians had about 50+ troops,with some heavy weapons support and a 47mm at gun to boot. They were moving through the light woods ready to push the krafty Germans out of the village....

The Russians were spotted at the edge of the woods and the fight was on....

The End...

The Crafty Germans held off the Russian on slot!!! But just barely....

Field of Glory Rules...Astur-Leonese Army vs Andalusian Army..

It was a nice match up. 500 points per side. The Astur -Leonese had the upper hand when we had to close up shop.... Darn. It could have gone either way....

The cavalry "bash" is getting interesting!!! one Andalusian cavalry BG, is about to breal!! The "big" Andalusian BG is charging up the hill into the Astur Hvy Cavalry...



The Andalusian light and heavy infantry are having a day day..... One heavy BG broke and the lights have been disrupted and pushed back... Note the Astur heavy cavalry coming around the flank of the Andalusian infantry..



The Astur King is trying to rally a BG of heavy cavalry that broke from missile fire!!! They just kept running....
